I'll also be your guide to the real estate jungle. I'll share the which areas fit your needs, the home buying process, and where to get your financial house in order.

We only look at ones in the areas you’re interested in & the price points in your budget. 💲

Once you’ve found THE ONE, we will kick off your offer process! 🤞

STEP 3: NAVIGATING NEGOTIATIONS ➡️

I will walk you through the comparative sales & explain all the “levers” you can “pull” to be most competitive.

It’s up to you to decide how competitive you want to be.

This depends on your comfortably & desirability of the house. 🏡

Be prepared to write a sincere letter explaining why you love the house & what it would mean if you could buy it. 💌

This can give you a competitive advantage.

STEP 4: GET TO MOVING📦🚚

There’s A LOT to do between contract & close AND don’t worry we’ll make it as stress free as possible for you. 😊

I’ll guide you every step of the way.

I want you to focus on packing & moving between now & close. Make arrangements now for moving, new schools, etc...

AND an “under contract package” will be on its way to your front porch (no cost to you)! 📦

It includes moving boxes, tape, coupons, other helpful moving items.

It’s time to start packing!❗️

I’ll coordinate home inspections/repairs, appraisals, etc. & ALL aspects of the loan process on the home you’re buying.

We will coordinate a walk through of your new home 24 hours before closing to make sure everything is ready for your arrival.
