The Grand Cleaning: After the transformation, we'll schedule a deep clean for your home. It's part of the listing package at no cost to you! 🧽️

And of course, a sign in your front yard!🌳

I use social media campaigns that begin the same day the for sale sign goes up in your yard targeting potential buyers as well as boots on the ground marketing.🕺

We’ll also advertise an open house for the first best day on the market to drive online & foot traffic.👣

The goal is to get as many buyers in as possible the first couple days on the market.
